The Mediaş Children Club organizes the second edition of the County Contest of Vocal and Instrumental Music. The contest is included in the Schedule of School Competitions and Educational Activities in Sibiu County and will be held at Traube Hall in Medias on March 22nd, at 3:00 P.M. Each school can attend a maximum of 3 students/groups per section of the four age categories.

Because this year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the institution, the Medias Children’s Club, in partnership with Mediaş Town Hall, organizes an Anniversary Concert on the same day from 6:00 P.M. The concert will be played by former and current pupils of the club: Lea Muszka, Virgil Suciu, Claudiu Simon, Alexandru Benko and Emanuel Varga, together with Dinamic.

In the hall of Traube Hall, the spectators will be able to see an exhibition of photographs from the 60 years of the former Pioneer House, a painting exhibition and works of pupils from various circles, and some concert pictures will be projected in the concert year 1972. The entrance to the two events is free.
